The Candidates Must Satisfy the Following Requirements
An Earned Docorate Degree Plus a Bachelor’s Degree in their Field Of Study Obtained From Institutions Accredited Or Recognized By the National Council for Higher Education; and
Ten Years Experience in a Senior Academic Or Management Position in a Higher Education Institution
