Conduct 2026 Aral Summer Remediation Program: Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2026 and Republic Act No. 12028, this Office announces the conduct of the 2026 ARAL Summer Remediation Program from 02-05-2026 to 06-06-2026, covering twenty (20) instructional days.
This program aims to address learning gaps, reinforce essential competencies, and support learners needing academic intervention for smooth grade progression. Target participants include learners identified as struggling in literacy, numeracy, and those who obtained failing grades in one or two learning areas during School Year 2025-2026.
Anent this, DepEd Aral Tutors who will be reporting to school to prepare their respective classrooms and attend the scheduled orientation activity are hereby entitled to receive one day service credit. This is given in acknowledgement of their dedication, initiative, and active participation in activities essential to the smooth implementation of the program.
Implementation shall follow the guidelines set under the aforementioned Department Order.

Conduct Of Admission Test in Science and Technology & Engineering Schools Year 2026-2027
In view of the Regional Memorandum No. 592, s. 2025, re: advisory on the administration of admission test in science technology and engineering (ste) schools, special science in elementary schools (sses), and schools with special program in mathematics (spm) for the school year 2026-2027 the Schools Division Office of San Carlos City thru the Curriculum Implementation Division will simultaneously conduct the admission test for incoming Grade 7 for the school year 2026-2027 in Turac NHS and Tandoc NHS, on 26-05-2026 at 8:00 o’clock in the morning.

Qualified test-takers for the STE program are Grade Six graduates whose final ratings in Science, English, Mathematics & General Average are not lower than 85. The list of qualified examinees who passed the stage 1 of the selection process shall be submitted to the EPS in Science on or before 21/05/2026.
There will be a virtual orientation for the school heads/department heads, room examiners and proctors on the conduct of the admission test on May 19, 2026, 2:00 o’clock in the
