- Inductees Who are Coming to attend Oathtaking Shall Wear Formal Or Business Attire & Use a White Backdrop throughout the oathtaking ceremony.
- Secure an Online Appointment
- Online Appointment Schedule At https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and Select e-OATH as Transaction.
- Online Registration Will Close 5 Calendar Days Before the Virtual Oathtaking Day.
- Print the OATH Of Professional Form

- Go to the https://online.prc.gov.ph
- Login to your account
- Select the Transaction & Enter Profession & Application No { Application No. as Indicated in the Notice of Admission }
- Click On Proceed
- Page Will be Redirected to the Appointment Module
- Select Preferred PRC Regional Office
- Click Next, System Will Automatically Give you the Earliest Date Set for Online Oathtaking
- After Conformation, Click Submit Application to Proceed
- Click to Go Back to Redirected to your Existing Transactions
- Check Transaction Details From your existing Transactions
- Click Print Document to Print oath form
