According to the Cabinet Meeting On July 18, 2023, It Was Resolved to Approve the Draft Announcement.
GLO: Determining the Type and Format of the Six Digit Govt Lottery ( Lottery 6:L6) as Proposed By the Ministry of Finance and Allowing it to Continue.
The Six Digit Government Lottery is Defined as a Type that Does Not Contribute to the Prize Money. Available in Both Physical and Digital Form, Which the Govt Lottery Office the Cost of Selling Six Figure Govt Lottery Tickets Must be Determined in Order to Ensure the Smooth Operation of the Government Lottery Office.
With the Approval of the Minister of Finance On 31st August 2023, the Government Lottery Office Has Determined the Fees. Payments For the Sale of Six Digit Government Lottery Tickets are as Follows
- Appointing a distributor for the six-digit government lottery (Lottery 6: L6) form (1) Expenses for selling government lottery tickets. Not exceeding 02 percent, there will be the following cases: (1.1) Provinces, provincial treasuries, agencies (central and regional)
(1.1.1) Used for managing, controlling, inspecting, and selecting distributors. Distributing lottery tickets as well as the sale of lottery tickets by dealers not to exceed the specified price.
(1.1.2) Used for managing affairs within the province for the benefit of the people.

(1.2) Associations, organizations, foundations, juristic persons
(1.2.1) Used for managing, controlling, inspecting, selecting members, selling, and distributing lottery tickets. As well as the sale of member lottery tickets, the sale must not exceed the specified price.
(1.2.2) Used to assist members who did not receive tickets of lottery from associations, organizations, foundations.
Legal entity
(1.2.3) Not more than 40 percent, used for managing internal affairs of associations, organizations, foundations, juristic persons in accordance with the objectives of the association, organization, foundation, juristic person. - (02) Discounts for distributors and distributor members. Not exceeding 12 percent, there will be the following cases: (2.1) Retail distributors in the category of the general public and people with disabilities (central

- (2.2) Selling members of associations, organizations, foundations, juristic persons, and agencies (central
- and regional)
- (2.3) Sales members of the agency (Central and Provincial)
- Appointment of distributors of digital six-digit government lottery tickets (Lottery 6: L6) (1) Associations, organizations, foundations not exceeding 2 percent will have the following cases:
(1.1) Used for managing, controlling, inspecting, and selecting members for sale. (1.2) Used for helping members who do not receive lottery tickets from associations, organizations, foundations, juristic persons. (1.3) Not more than 40 percent. Used for management. Internal affairs of associations, organizations, foundations, juristic persons shall be in accordance with the objectives of the association, organization, foundation, juristic person.
(2) Dealer discounts Not more than 12 percent will have the following cases:
